Shipping Policy

 

Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed. Just hit pause and wait for your confirmation, which will be sent to you via email with your Tracking Number as soon as the package has shipped. 

If you order multiple Esfour products your items may ship separately. So if you receive a partial shipment, no need to worry! The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates.

However, if a considerable amount of time has passed and you still are concerned that your package will not make it on time, please fill out the Product Inquiry Form found under Customer Service and we will check on the status of your order for you.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

  • Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping, so you can hit pause with your new Esfour product as soon as possible, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Esfour product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy. For more details, please check our Return Policy.
  • We do NOT ship internationally at this time (including Canada), only within the United States.
  • We do NOT ship to P.O. box addresses at this time. 
  • Orders can be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. Holidays).
  • Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
