Just received the plate set and immediately fell in love with it! It seems to be made out of a strong sturdy Porcelain. The size is just perfect for a dinner plate. The colors are really Vibrant and it’s a very good combination of colors. I needed something which could be easily cleaned and also survives in the oven, safe to say it seems to excel at both these qualities.

These are definitely the best plates I have ever had. They are attractive and significantly more lightweight yet seem more chip-proof than most. Their surfaces are very smooth -- not porous, which results in them adsorbing far less heat from the microwave (almost none) than other plates. They are not only microwave safe but optimized for microwaving. The smooth surface also makes them easier to clean.
